Gulars Marius Vedvik (NOR) (photo under) finally got his victory in the City Hall at 10 km. The man from Bergen took a solide victory when he ran the street race on 29.25 at 10km.

Senay Fissehatsion (NOR) hung with Vedvik for a while, but Tjalveløper ended on second place 27 seconds behind Vedvik. It was very even about the last place on the podium and it was Gular Per Svela managed to take the 3rd place with time 29.58.

WOMEN 10 KM.

In the women’s 10 km class, Ragnhild Kvarberg ,(NOR) IFK Ren-Eng, (photo over) was the renowned veteran (class 35-39y) who was strongest over time. She won 26 seconds ahead of Førde’s Karoline Holsen Kyte (NOR), while Maria Sagnes Wågan, (NOR) Namdal, became No. 3 with 34.44.

14 years (fills 15 later this year) old Emma Kirkeberg Mørk (NOR) became number 9 at the time 36.14 which is a class record. She even had the previous record at 36.31 last year.

THE SPRINT DISTANCE.

WOMEN SPRINT:

In the City Center, Larvik’s Malin Edland (NOR) (photo over) defended her victory last year when she ran in to 2.06 and was six seconds ahead of Vilde Våge Henriksen, (NOR) Haugesund, who became No. 2.

MENS SPRINT:

Kristiansand Running Club’s Håkon Mushom (NOR) (photo over won the men’s class by 1.48 and was two seconds ahead of today’s surprise Even Brøndbo Dahl, (NOR) Orion. Nesby’s Sondre Juven (NOR) became No. 3 second behind Dahl.
